Interview
It was good interview. There were 3 separate interviews. There were 2 phone calls and one in person interview. Mostly very easy questions, not hard at all, prepare a little bit before and you should be good before the interview.
I went through 3 different initial interviews. Screening process which they didn't as much. Then a online interview where they got to know more about me. Then I had an in depth in person interview where I answered different sitauational and behavorial questions.

Effective interview process - starting with phone interview. Asked basic questions. You were able to call at your convenience. They were clear on the steps that were being taken next and were positive.
