I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FastSigns (Culver City, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Easy questions. It's basic interview questions such as "What are you strengths and weaknesses". But my boss was talking to me more about vision and what can I see myself do in 'x' amount of time, which was sort of weird because he was more worried about that than anything else.

Question 1
What kind of worker are you and what how do you see yourself here down the road?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FastSigns (McAllen, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
The was probably a 15 minute interview. The interviewer and entire office made me extremely uncomfortable. The workplace is entirely male dominated. The interview was not a sit down one but rather a walk and chat with the interviewer doing the chatting and making it impossible for me to get a word in. Afterwards they let me know they would call for a second interview if I was chosen. However, as I left, the interviewer stood at the entry of the office and intensely watched me walk all through the front of the building until I exited. I did not feel safe at this business at all. I would suggest they hire HR and give more opportunities to women.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FastSigns (Brantford, ON) in Jan 2020
Interview
Had a phone screening interview then an in person interview. I was asked about my background, what attracted me to the role, and there was a lot of explaining about what the role would entail that really fit the job.
