Interview
Very informal, just out in the shop at a table. The questions become condescending and repetitive.
After the interview you are told to build a small object using mig, the object is made from thin steel sheet, given only verbal instructions for the whole fabrication before starting only. Given relatively small amount of time to complete the project to their liking.
