not organized and lack of communication. had one 30min phone interview and told there would be another technical interview, but ended up nothing. sent emails and got a reply one week later, which was super slow and inefficient. also, the unpaid and remote position won't lead you anywhere

Very bad interview process, Hr emails you for your availability the very next day and CEO call you directly without clearly stating what phase of the interview it would be. The CEO was very Rude didn't know how to talk to candidates and how to explain what their company does...
