I recently went through the interview process at Fasal, and while I was initially excited about the opportunity, I left feeling disappointed and undervalued.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a screening round followed by a technical interview with the Founder & CEO. This part went smoothly, and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my work experience.
However, the subsequent rounds involved completing a technical assignment over the course of three days and then presenting a case study based on that assignment. While I understand the importance of assessing technical skills, I felt that these assignments were excessive and ultimately a waste of time.
