Faronics Corporation interview questions

Pretty brief, initial call with HR, then a call with the hiring manager, then a call with 2 other executives. The offer within a few days, and I started the week after. They're still hiring now, trying to build out the Deploy (product we sell) team, and it's a great product.

Faronics chose to outsource the recruiting for the Technical Writer job to an external company, MatchBox Consulting Group. I dealt with two recruiters, both of whom were very abrasive. I decided to opt out after several rather unprofessional dealings with these recruiters, even though I was interested in the job. Faronics, please take the time and effort to speak with your applicants yourself instead of relegating the hiring process to an outside party.
