I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
1st interview on phone with the recruiter. 15 minutes. Just reviewing resume and explaining job description. 2nd interview - 2 person panel via video call. VERY lax and just casual conversation about work history and why I think I would be a good fit. I was it was to get a feel of applicants because there was alot of interviews they had to do. At the end of the meeting I was told I would hear back within a week. 2 days later - An email from the hiring manager I previously met with asked to meet for in person interview. In person interview - 2 person panel. They explained the job in great detail and set a real expectation of what it will look like day to day. Went through resume again and gave STAR answers but was not asked a question by them in STAR format. Great interview process - Good managers! I was told they will have a decision within the week. 4 hours later I get a call that I am the chosen one and I would be receiving a written offer by friday!

Question 1
Give an example of a moment when you had to deal with a difficult customer at work. How did you come up with a solution to this issue?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group
Interview
Interview seemed simple and easy. Once showed up, the group was put together for some group discussion and they requested us to write some things on paper.
Then once separated, the questions were similar to the "AIR" technique. Be prepared to respond in this manner and you shouldn't have a problem.
