There is an initial phone screening interview. If you pass that you are called in for an interview. (May have changed since covid..)
The next interview consists of you and 2 supervisors. They ask the normal interview type questions. I've never met a supervisor at Farmers who wasn't approachable so although there are 2 supervisors in the room it's still pretty easy going and not intimidating. For those wondering, no they do not drug test.
