15-30 minute phone screen. Interviewer told me early on in the conversation that I was at a disadvantage because I have "no experience", even though I am about to graduate college, have had three relevant internships, and this is an entry level position that did not list any required experience in the job posting. I was asked questions that were clearly above my experience level. Before asking the question the interviewer would even say something like, "Oh, I don't know if you'll have a good answer for this one since you're still in school but..." and then still have me answer it. Not sure why they wouldn't just choose a different question. Interviewer also went on a long rant about how 50% of their hires are internal and 40% are from referrals (so basically I had no chance), and proceeded to tell me about all the other kinds of applicants they were looking at. I was honestly confused why they wasted their time and mine by choosing me for a phone screen, because I was obviously not what they were looking for.
