I applied through other source. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was fairly easy. They are looking for new agents so they are interested in you. It was more about the other person talking and explaining what was the company about, its values and how you can grow within the company. They look as a company who cares about their employees and their training.
I applied online. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2025
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter and then a panel interview with 2 hiring managers at which time I did a mock sale. 2 managers were very nice. I knew the pay for the job was way below my prior experience but I wanted to explore something new. They told me I did great on the mock. Unfortunately like 99% of companies out there right now they ghosted me. I’m sure they were afraid I would leave after finding something with better pay, but a follow up email would be the professional thing to do. I reached out to the recruiter several times with no response.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Caledonia, MI) in Jan 2018

A short 15 mintue phone interview, and then about a 45 minute in person interview. Both of the interviews were pretty laid back, mostly behavior based questions! The people that interviewed me were very nice!
