Farmer Boy Restaurant interview questions

I waited around 20 minutes for the hiring manager to receive me. The interview was really brief, I was asked 1 questions about myself, so it didn't feel engaging. The interviewer seemed a bit awkward.

Very easy, anyone can get it if you have a good background in food service. They asked for strengths, weaknesses, and availability. There may either be 1 interviewer, which consists of the general manager. Or it can be with the regional manager as well.
