Farm Sanctuary interview questions

I had to write answers to several questions in an essay format. They emailed me and had me fill out calendar appointment requests. Then I had an hour or two long video interview that was oral.

The interview felt very natural and not tense at all. I don't recall many of the specific questions but there were definitely none that felt like they were trying to say "gotcha." My interviewer was the Manager of Social Justice Programs and would end up being the one guiding me and the other two interns through the whole internship.
