Very simple process. Did one thirty-minute interview with someone within the company. Received an offer a couple of weeks later. Very nice people. Seems like their internship program is a pool for entry-level candidates.
Very easy. First a phone screening then behavioral interview. Just need basic knowledge about the company and industry. Know what they do, and have answers totell me about a time questions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fannie Mae (Arlington, VA) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview was completely behavioral and mostly focused on my campus experiences and why I specifically wanted to do Finance at Fannie Mae. They enjoyed the fact that I knew about the type of work they did and also why it resonated with me personally.
