Interview
There was no interview. As long as you showed up to orientation & passed a COVID test you were hired. The hardest part is making sure all the paperwork is filled out & emailed back to management.

They don’t ask questions unless you are unable to accept the position & need to be put in another training class or on another schedule
Despite looking forward to this process, each stage was disappointing, especially after having prepared for conversations and re-worked schedules to speak to this team. My interview was canceled moments before it started, and it was immediately clear that there would not be an interview going forward.
overall slow and not communicative from all parties involved and the entire process just felt a little unprofessional compared to experiences at different companies. I personally would not apply or interview with this company again.
Pretty simple and fairly quick to be honest. Although that may have been due to the hiring process for the peak holiday season where a high amount of people are hired and rehired.
