There are 3 parts to their interview process. The first was an interview with the store manager, who was unbelievably friendly. The interview was hardly even an interview. We spent most of the time talking about concerts we've been to. She did ask some questions about my past jobs, what I'm going to school for, what I intend to do with that degree, and that's about it. It was probably the least stressful interview I"ve ever had. They told me how important customer service is there, and how she thought I'd be good for it because I was personable. At the end, she told me there was a timed test I would have to take, and I took it right then. It actually seemed kind of tough at the time, but I passed. It covered simple math, spelling, synonyms, alphabetizing, and like reading comprehension. My only problem really was the math because it's been years since I've had it. We then set up a time for me to interview with the District Manager, which I did. He was friendly, but texting on his phone the whole time. That interview covered my major, what I plan to do after, and my past jobs. That's pretty much it. He offered me the job and I took it.
