It was about a 20-30 minutes phone call describing the company and very thoroughly answered my questions. Gave a lot of great information and asked a few questions like why i want to work for family first.

Provided basic information about the company and its compensation packages. Most of the questions were focused on previous experience in the sales field. Questions were easy to answer if you watch the provided introductory video prior to the interview.
