I applied for the job and within a few days I had an interview scheduled. When the lady called she went into a detailed description of the process to get started. She explained that I would have to pay to take the exam to get licensed and that I'd also have to pay $500 for leads. This was a red flag to me but the deal breaker was when I looked through the email they sent afterwards, it said something about making a list of 5-7 people who I thought would be interested in this line of work. I'm not sure about this company honestly but it's not sitting right with me.

Interview
Direct and straight forward. You do have to buy insurance which can be 250-400$ And then monthly payments and you have to buy leads to earn money. The leads range from $1-11. I hope the leads work out. They are warm leads.
Had a professional conversation with an interviewer. Asked me some questions and gave me a chance to share what I'm looking for and ask questions. Up-front and honest the whole time.
