The interview was conducted through videotaped the individual had to record themselves and submitted. You had 3 chances, but submit the best one. Then the hiring manager will review it, and if they like your responses they will have HR set up a second zoom interview with the manager.

Phone screen with the recruiter who went over the job and unit description. Walked through resume and proceeded with standard questions. Recruiter accused me of using AI when I wasn't and abruptly stopped the interview without any consideration. AI during a phone screen????
