Question 1
How have you handled difficult customer service interactions in the past?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fairfax County Public Library (Fairfax, VA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview was a 3-person panel. It was a 60-minute interview - candidates should use all 60 minutes and have as many examples as possible for every question. Candidates have 15 minutes to preview questions and write down answers. Once in the room, the panel introduced themselves and each took turns asking questions. The panel then wrote down answers - not much eye contact - as the interview proceeded.
