I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at FairWarning
Interview
Very tedious. I had 3 phone interviews and 1 in person. They also held a job fair that seemed a bit disorganized. I was well qualified to work for this company, and they were all very nice. But I chose to remove my name from the candidate pool. The interview process lasted over two months! If they want quality people, you don't keep people waiting that long.
They have a lot of people applying for this position (over 120 on LinkedIn alone) so they take their time. Too much time and inconsiderate.
Most of the interview questions were out of a book that must exist called Interviewing 101! Nothing really earth shaking.

I applied online. I interviewed at FairWarning (Clearwater, FL) in Aug 2020
Interview
Everyone at the company that I interviewed with was very professional and kind. The recruiter that was working with me was prompt with response times and transparent. 30 minute phone screen with recruiter. 30 minute call with hiring manager. 30 minute call with another manager. Final interview was two hours long with 4 different people (one I had already had a 30 minute call with), final interview was one after another instead of panel type. 30 minutes with each person.
