Interview
Two video calls, one with the line manager and another interview to include the HR manager. Each interview was approximately 30 mins. They were quick to arrange the two interviews and to make an offer, the onboarding process was also relatively seamless too.

Question 1
The role came through a mutual connection, and I was recommended. Questions were on my event experience as they wanted to host a large event to raise their platform and build greater connections with those in the financial industry, charities among other related bodies to better support and understand those most financially vulnerable.
