Reply to advert with CV and cover letter, also include a references. Call back for an interview to discuss role and aspiration During the First interview. Then following assignment for the review and discussion during the second interview.

Interview
A interview panel of three, two from different departments who took it in turns to individually interview me. They asked me questions with regards to their department and the role being offered.
The hiring process was an online CV and motivation letter. Then a first round interview and if successful a second round of interviews.
