Interview
First we had a aptitude test. Questions were from c programming and English.
Then shortlisted people were called for interview at their office. There was two persons in the interview panel, one of them asked about my projects and asked in detail about both marketing and technical aspects of the project. Then the other interviewer asked me to write programs, he gave 7 questions to code some of them was of high difficulty level.
Then he asked some questions on networking. My interview lasted for about 1 hour 10 min. The shortlisted candidates were asked to meet her and was later informed to attend second of interview

Write a program to find the largest palindrome in a word? Ex: ammamalayam
Expected output: malayalam
it was solely based on our programming knowledge. They wanted candidates having logical and analytical ability. Asked basic questions like finding second largest element in array without sorting, recursion, dbms queries, over loading, over riding etc.

Interview
Aptitude Test for the candidates then selected candidates have Technical interview and finally HR interview. During Technical interview they also ask to write one program .The interviews take 30 to 40 minutes.
