The interview was in 3 parts - phone, operations team, COO. A multitude of behavioral questions was asked and it was a very long process. It took 2 weeks total to receive feedback.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Facet (Kalamazoo, MI) in Oct 2022
Interview
I had a phone screen and two video interviews. I enjoyed the process and liked the idea of the phone screen to ask questions to make sure the company/role was a good fit before committing to an hour long interview. The culture is relaxed and fun and I could tell that right away!

Interview
Phone call with recruiter to go over background and qualifications, 2 person panel interview with operations managers, and a final interview with COO. Next steps were always given and had timely responses from the recruiter.
