      Salesman Interview

      1 Oct 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Face2Face in Apr 2010

      Interview

Was called by the company to come in for an interview. On the day, they gave a presentation on how they work and what they are looking for, and then go outside and wait for name to be called as they were taking all the 20 applicants in one at a time. One employee did the interview while another was sitting next to her, just listening and noting my answers, making me kind of nervous. Relevant questions, about my experience, how I work as a part of a team, what kind of people I can't work with, how I react when I fail and if I was able to sell anything. Quite short, about 10 minutes. Got the job!
