Interview
I interviewed with several people both technical and non-technical. First I met with the recruiter who was not very technical. When I came in for the in-person interview, I interviewed with the owner (who's very technical), an operations person, a project manager and a junior staff. I came to find out later they are big on "fit" as they call it.

What type of animal would you consider yourself to be and why?
If you were stuck on an island, and all that you have is a pair of dice. You know that there is a plane that flies over the island on the 30th day of the month. Using that dice, how can you make a calendar that always tells you the day of the month?

Interview
Phone interview, Found my information on LinkedIn and the recruiter set up the interview. We had a set appointment time and place. The recruiter basically went over my resume and ask general questions that seem pretty easy for me to answer. Overall the interview process was quick and easy.
