The interview process involved a HireVue video assessment with three pre-recorded questions. I had one minute to prepare before each and around two minutes to respond, covering motivation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

What do you believe separates you from other candidates?
Dynamic, it opened up the possibility for discussion and had members of different teams which provided insight into the job. It consisted of different stages with a couple of interviews with managers and one with consultants, as well as a case study interview. The latter was very fast paced and provided the chance for critical thinking. The questions were quite broad and lacked clarity on what they were expecting of the role.

Written responses followed by recorded (not-live) video interview that only took two minutes to complete. Final step included three more live interviews. Final live interview was long and a bit grueling.
