I was contacted via LinkedIn, told they were looking for a developer for a 6-month-term project and I had a very good match with the requirements. I accepted and the recruiter sent me a calendly link via email for me to choose the best time. Pretty much all of them were out of my timezone range, but I still made the effort to schedule a very early one just two days laters. I could see the recruiter had accepted the invite via Google Calendar (probably automatically, but it was accepted nonethless).
The schedule call time came and I was left hanging there for more than 10 minutes (from the total of 30 minutes call time) until I decided to give up; If a candidate's time isn't respected even before they're part of the company, imagine when employed.
And no, this was no scam, unless "notifications@careers.fsstudio.com" is also another spoofed address.
