I connected with FRONTSTEPS via a recruiter for the open Manager, Customer Role in October of 2020. After a very thorough phone interview with the recruiter I moved on to a Zoom interview with the hiring manager (COO). The COO interview was conversational and focused on the discipline of Customer Success. The interviewer was transparent as to the current state of customer success at FRONTSTEPS and the reasons a Manager, Customer Success was needed within the organization.
Following the initial interview, I was hosted for a second round of Zoom interviews with the executive team. I met with each executive individually and each shared their view of FRONTSTEPS, the future, and how Customer Success fits into the roadmap. Bottomline, I was impressed with the synergy and consistency of the messages delivered by each executive during these interviews.
The process concluded with an offer and reference checks.
