FPT Asia Pacific interview questions

I attended a first-round interview with the hiring manager and a second-round interview with the CEO. After the interviews, the recruiter informed me that they intended to make an offer and requested supporting documents such as payslip from my side. However, after submitting the documents, there was no update for over a month. When I followed up with the recruiter, I was told that the offer was still pending CEO approval. The prolonged delay left a disappointing and very unprofessional impression.
