FORUM Credit Union interview questions

They have a wonderful interview process that helps you feel more comfortable talking with them during it. I felt right at home with every interview sessions I had because they do have you do two or three.

Interviews were fine, with the typical phone screen by HR and then in-person with department managers. The issue was there was no follow-up whatsoever. None…… nada! If I was a decline, at least have the courtesy to send a canned email indicating the decline. Cannot see how the lack of even the decline email is a significant savings in time or money. It seems to show they really aren't capable of putting for the the common courtesy to indicate appreciation for the interest. Certainly makes you wonder how they treat their own employees. Guess it worked out for the best.
