FOR Cardiff interview questions

Interview itself was fine, they asked me to prepare a 10 minute presentation and then asked me a few competency questions. Despite asking for quite a lot from a first stage interview - they do not provide feedback. I was told I came across really well initially and that I would hear back the following Friday. They then proceeded to put out an ad for the same job the next day. So I had to wait for 6 days for feedback despite knowing I didn’t have it, only to just be told they were going to keep looking. I asked for feedback as I thought it went well and they never replied to me. Major red flag
