Applied online through their website after which I'm pretty sure they do a background check. The application asked for some information not usually required at the first stage like your SSN. I received an e-mail a week later asking to set up an interview, and I interviewed the next day. I met with their Manager of IT Operations, their Systems Administrator and their CIO. All 3 were open to me asking them any questions I had, and I was pretty much just asked about my experience. I got called back 4 days later to meet with the director of HR as well as their technology trainer, and met with them 8 days after the call. Pretty much, the entire process seemed like to getting to know people, getting to know how they operated, and whether or not I was comfortable with the position. Only thing I didn't like about it was the 1 day a week commute to Westchester that was required, but I left the interview having had a positive experience. 10 days later, the process having lasted exactly a month, I got notified that they had decided to go with another candidate.
