Phone interview by HR, describing what trading team/desk will be the best fit for you, followed by being personally interviewed by that said team. With 1-2 years of experience under my belt, most of the interview was discussing my previous projects, areas of expertise, and what I can deliver as opposed to standard trading questions (brainteasers, math/stat/coding tests, regulations, etc)
