There were 3 rounds of interviews that were all 1 hour each back to back. One with my direct manager, one with the CFO, and one with the CEO. It was a little grueling because I didn't have any breaks between the rounds and the questions were all similar.

Applicant will conduct phone screen with recruiter. If recruiter thinks that candidate is good fit, candidate will be invited to interview in person. Applicant will meet with direct manager, practice director, CEO and HR Manager. Fitting company culture is an important aspect of the process.
