Interview
First of all I had a technical test, later an interview with hr, team leader and manager. Team leader asked me about technical issues, manager about business at all and hr person asked me quite popular interview questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FMC Technologies (Dunfermline, Scotland) in May 2012
Interview
Invited for an assessment centre, this involved an interview with an Engineering Team Lead to assess technical competence. Also involved a written exam and a case study followed by a presentation.
