Several interviews were held for a managerial position. The rejection came months later by standard e-mail. Disappointing way of dealing with applicants. The position was filled by a less qualified person. In hindsight, I'm happy that I didn't start working there.

I can no longer remember the questions. There were several longer conversations.
Mainly behavioral questions (Describe a time when...). People really seem to care and guide you throughout the interview process. There was constant communication at each step. Good to have a clear understanding of the social aspect of the business.

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake, how did people get affected and what did you do?
I was supposed to be interviewed by the HR manager and the HR intern, but only the intern interviewed me. We actually had a nice talk, but they declined me anyway.
