I would avoid this company. They seem desperate to add another body to their team. This was the easiest and most straightforward interview process possible - I should have recognized this as a red flag.
I applied online via LinkedIn EasyApply. Within 24 hours, the CEO reached out to schedule 3 interviews with me. Within 48 hours, I had all 3 interviews. They were all conversational - there were no behavioral or situational questions, no case studies, no exams... The company made me a job offer; I quit my job to accept the job; the company then withdrew the offer, leaving me unemployed.
More details:
I applied via LinkedIn and within 24 hours, the CEO contacted me & scheduled 3 interviews for the next two days. Within a week, the CEO asked my available start date to make me an offer. Two weeks later, the CEO provided a formal job offer that had a different (earlier) start date. I asked the CEO if that incorrect start date was intentional, and I also asked if it was possible to delay my start date because of the delayed job offer (obviously, this impacted my ability to quit my former employer). Once I submitted my questions to the CEO, he told me they were going to withdraw the offer and find a different candidate (after I already quit my job to start on May 17).
