Unprofessional. My first interview was almost 2 months from when I got the rejection. I was handed off between 4 different people, all who had a different opinion of what next steps were. Every time I followed up I received another email apologizing that they needed 1 more week to finalize their process. In the end I received something that would be a note you would drop in Teams or Slack. I have never seen anything so misguided and unorganized. Honestly probably a blessing because I can only imagine what it is like on the inside.
