FINSYNC interview questions

Great interview with the CEO very hands on. We spoke candidly and I didn't feel like anything was scripted. It felt authentic. Which I like. We spoke about the company values, design principles and goals / roadmap of the organization and I was asked thoughtful questions about my approach to design and interests for my career.

Quick and to the point. Talked to several people. Took a test. Took another test. Had another conversation. Went to lunch with a rep. Got an offer late that day.
