The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FICO (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2007
Interview
Contacted directly by HR first. Went through one round with HR over the phone which was followed by another phone interview with one Senior Manager in the consulting practice. They went into great detail about my previous projects and would I like to do in the future. I then met with one Director in the Chicago office who again went through my resume and background in great detail. This was followed by another phone interview with another Director which was a very casual conversation.
I applied online. I interviewed at FICO (Boston, MA) in Mar 2025
Interview
84 days , a screening, and 4 rounds all the way up to the C-Suite. All to be completely ghosted. Was told every interview including the final that I was the perfect fit (I understand this means nothing but still) they said they would follow up within a day or two. 3 weeks go by and I give up. Finally send another email to the recruiter and said she meant to call before her 3 week vacation but it slipped her mind.
3 months is absolutely unnecessary
