I was referred by a friend. They will use a third party to quiz you on different aspects of .net, JavaScript, C#, CSS and HTML,Design patterns, UML. A report is then submitted to the company on how well you did. If it is good then you get called to come in for an in person interview. This can be tough so be prepared.You will be asked to write code, design and explain your design. The code syntax must be correct. You wont have intellisense so know your skills. Don't lie, be honest and ask questions if you are not sure. You will then be asked about compensation. If you are not H1b your chances are much better for the high $$$$$.
