Extremely unprofessional interview process, my recruiter did not show up to scheduled meetings; when we had a practice interview kept suggesting I needed to do more preparation (when I wasn't sure she would show up), at the end of the practice interview suggested we definitely needed another practice before a proper interview and never gave me a link to book this in. I then received an email that my request to withdraw my application had been accepted even though I never requested this.
