I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in Nov 2015
Interview
It was fairly pleasant and fast-paced, but not as easy as some of the other reviews on this site might make you believe. To be fair, my perception might have been thwarted by my anxiety issues and overthinking everything – which is probably what you should avoid exactly if you want to score well on these tests. They are fairly straightforward, but there are some tricky things here and there:
*Venn Diagram/Set Notation: It's a mixed back of very basic stuff (just shading in overlaps and unions), and some things that require more thought (3 things to shade, 'extractions' and problems using numbers). I think what you need to be careful about here is not to stress out over the more obvious part and leave yourself enough time for the harder questions at the end. I would really advise digging more deeply into Venn diagrams than the videos they offer you.
*IT aptitude test: You can't really prepare for this, but it is a good idea to brush up on the knowledge you do have (be it business or IT). Be calm and don't spend too much time on certain questions – a lot of the questions are behavioural, some are spelling and grammar related (be really careful here; it's easy to make mistakes) and there is some 'logic'. For this, I would just practice some online logic tests, if possible.
*Math tests: This was rather basic GSCE Maths, but you really need to be comfortable without using a calculator. Again, try not to spend too much on specific questions?
In the end, it's really more about being able to concentrate / not losing your cool than any specific kind of skillset. The interviews are really important -- you should show your enthusiasm and motivation here :)

*Behavioral questions, what my strengths and weaknesses are -- it's not a yes or no interview; you need to be ready and willing to talk about yourself and give examples.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FDM Group
Interview
The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

I was asked general interview questions (behavioral, technical).
The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England)
Interview
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
Thier margins are thin
