2 stage - Applied for the role, had a video call to discuss the role and its opportunities, and had a face-to-face with two individuals who assessed me and allowed me to ask any questions back in retrospect. A couple of weeks later, I was offered a position.

I applied thru university career fair.
overall, very bad experience. They call you anytime even I mentioned clearly when I will be available.
The phone interview was very unclear. They call you in a messy and noisy room, you cannot hear them clearly. I can hear that other recruiter speak to other candidates and ask them questions.
