Interview
First you have to do video recorded question responses using the star system. Then you will have an online test that is basically an IQ test. This feels like the most important part and is actually quite intensive. Make sure you have a clear head before you start. Finally you will have to do interviews (3) where they basically see what you’re like. After that you’re in. It’s not too difficult in all honesty but remember once you’re done you’ll have to wait for a start date. Recently things have been very hit and miss die to Covid and now economic downturn. Some people are reporting waiting over a year! Definitely have something else to do while you wait!

The questions are basically ‘show a time where you had to exhibit tthis quality’. Plan accordingly. You should basically already have an answer for every question they could ask. Your recruiter will walk you through this in advance.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
