The first phone interview is hardly an interview, more of a rundown of how the company works. It only lasted about 15 minutes. The next interview would have been in the format of answering pre-recorded questions with a video response, which I decided not to do.

Interview
First was a virtual interview, including written and recorded answers. Second was a behavioral and technical interview, both done back to back and with an account manager and training manager, respectively. Finally was a behavioral interview with a lead account manager.

Interview
Received a phone call and reviewed basic information like my grad date. Confirmed personal information, location expectations (relocation). Scheduled a 15 minutes phone screening for a few days later.
15 Minute Screening covered FDM as a company, career goals, about myself, and then an overview of the specific position.
Position breakdown:
- 2 Year Commitment
- Training: 3-4 Months; $14.50 / hour, Benefits etc.
- Junior Software Development Consultant ($45,000 first year after training / $50,000 second year)
