Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.

I got a phone call that my CV was discovered and I should apply for one of the programmes because my skills are relevant. A next day telephone call was scheduled to get to know me and my experience.
