Told us to get there for 8:30am but didn't start until 9am. We had an introductory presentation about the company for an hour. After that, there were 3 1 to 1 interviews, they asked situational type questions rather than technical ones. All three interviews essentially ask the same thing, but change the wording of the question. Had 45 mins lunch break, gave a £5 voucher to use. After lunch, had 4 tests to do: verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, venn diagrams+set, general IT knowledge.

Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.
