There was initially a brief phone conversation after I submitted an application. This was followed up with an invitation to do a one-sided video interview (6 questions- prompt and then auto-record) and a short aptitude test. I don't have much to say about the video interview, but I felt the aptitude test to be wholly too easy. I was then invited to a group interview day. Some of the other candidates seemed greatly overqualified, and others a little disorganized and skittish. To keep it brief, over 3 hours we were given a brief presentation, then two games to play on tablets (reading comprehension quiz and pattern / series completion), and finally underwent two one-on-one interviews for interpersonal and technical skills. Overall it was relatively painless and I don't feel that they probed very deeply.
